Bad cold?: If you cannot stop vomiting, be seen today by a doctor. You may need IV fluids. If your self-induced vomiting (bulimia) is out of control you also need to see a physician asap for help. Bulimia is a serious condition and needs ongoing psychiatric, psychological, and nutritional treatment.

See your PCP.: The problem is not the cold. With rest, fluids and tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever and pain , this would resolve in matter of days. The problem is your bulimia and you need to get help asap. See your pcp who can refer you to the appropriate therapist.

Silver lining: It's likely that this cold will be over before you solve your bulimia, but you are so wise to recognize the way bulimia impacts you and that can motivate you in treatment. Find an expert eating disorder therapist ad work hard together. It's not easy - but you'll have a good start. A helper and motivation. How fortunate to have something good come out of something bad! good luck.
