are vitamin supplements really worth take or do u obtain enough natural vitamins from food? i get the cold a lot and would vitamin tabs prevent it?

Yes and no: A person eating a mixed diet gets enough vitamins from diet. A person not eating enough food may need a multivitamin supplement and a person not getting enough sun exposure needs a vitamin d supplement. Vitamins do not prevent or treat colds.
