Food and vitamins: To get sufficient vitamins from diet, a person needs balance and variety: meats, eggs, dairy, fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, juices. And processed refined foods are not vitamin rich. And, many foods are showing less vitamin content because soils are deficient. So, yes, the best carefully selected regular wide variety diet can provide all vitamins, but is a challenge. Add a high quality VIT.
