My son gets bad headaches from a.d.d. meds, are there natural vitamins or foods that can help you focus?

DMAE: Try DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol). DMAE was formerly used in the treatment of "minimal brain dysfunction" (which has morphed into ADHD). It is a naturally-occurring substance (available in a health food store) that increases acetylcholine in the brain. DMAE is a mild cerebral stimulant, but does not interfere with sleep or appetite. The usual effective dose is 500-800 mg per day.
