Whoa: Lab tests never prove that "nothing is wrong." perhaps history, physical exam, and some imaging as well show no life-threatening process. This can be anything from functional bowel syndrome to crohn's to ischemic enteritis to five dozen other entities.

Unclear question: You apparently still have pain. The lab tests that were done may have been normal, but its very unlikely that all the relevant tests, especially imaging tests were done. Lab tests are only aspect of any investigation. Please discuss your circumstances with your doctor.
