Constipation: If x-rays consistent with constipation you recommend a "MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol)" cleanout. This involves staying close to home and a toilet and I would give her one capful of MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) in 8 ounces of diluted Gatorade ( I like G2 Half water, half G2). This mixture is given over 24 to 48 hours along with a low residue diet (broth, Jell-O, Popsicles). post clean out diet should be healthy. Check with her primary M.D.
