Can ibs cause fever?

IBS: Fever is seldom a primary manifestation of ibs but may occur with one or more of the complications of this potentially severe condition. It might be wise to consult with your gastroenterologist.

Probably Not: Irritable Bowel Syndrome does not cause fever. If you have a fever, something else is probably going on. If your fever continues you should see your doctor.
