High IGA (7.09 g/l), and low IGG (3.05) and low IGM (.15). Beta1 globulin is high, beta2 and gamma are low. Protein Monoclonal band is detected type IGA at 8.5 g/l. FLC = high lambda at 33.4mg/l (normal kappa &ratio). Worried until I see hematologist?
I have had two Quantitative serum immunoglobulin tests in 2 months my IGG, IGA was normal my IGM was low on both test what could this mean?
Can lgv be detected by chamydia cerival smear and by urine test? Is a serum lgv L2 IgG IgA IgM accurate at 8 weeks? All stds were neg still symptoms
Kappa/lambda FLC ratio high (2.75) w/ normal K(10.21mg/dl) & low L(3.68mg/dl). Hem-onc unsure if ratio implies K monoclonality since serum/urine IFE ok & neither chain is elevated. Could monoclonal K be suppressing L? IgA a bit high IgG &IgM a bitlow
More info on serum immunofixation..no monoclonal proteins detected.a faint IgG labda cannot be ruled out.suggest repeat 6 mths.igg 841 IgA 251 IgM 44.
