Lympnodes: Enlargement of the lymph nodes can occur in many infections (viral or bacterial) as they are supposed to help rid the body of infection, etc. You need to follow-up with a dr. And if routine blood work and your exam warrant further evaluation, then a bx would also be in order and would be definitive and possible during pregnancy if need be.
