31 y.o. f, worsening mid back pain x 8 mo - mri found many enlarged retroperitoneal nodes, largest 1.5 cm. ct tomorrow. can this be the cause of pain?

Possibly: Retroperitoneal lymph node enlargement can cause nerve irritation of the tissue in the area, and result in some back pain. However you need to find out what caused the notes to enlarge. That is the main question that needs to be answered. Additional tests will need to be done.
