Can a doctor do any test for chronic subderal hematomo with doing a ct or mri or xray? what kind of vison problems does it cause?

Yes, but not really: CT or MRI is best to,follow SDH. Remember that MRI does not expose you to X-rays, if that is your concern. A SDH should be followed to make sure it is resolving, and not growing. Vision problems depend on the SDH location.,typically, double vision and field cuts are common changes.
