Weight loss...: If you are ingesting fewer calories than you are expending and not losing weight their may be a hormonal reason or other cause. Firstly make sure you are counting calories to know exactly what you are putting in your mouth. People tend to underestimate how much they eat. If you still cannot lose weight after closely monitoring your calories then see you physician for an evaluation. Good luck!
