Age old question: Most important that you have a family physician who examines you & does blood tests to see that you have no medical problems. Of all is OK then get a referral to a dietician and join a gym and get an exercise trainer. It's hard to do this on your own but if you persevere you will reap a great reward of a longer & healthy life. Remember there is no magic. You have to work at it. Good luck.
