Hello...inpite of exercise 4 to 5 times a week with a maintained diet i m not able to loose weight from my upper body?

Time: You may have to adjust the types of exercises. When you exercise you replace fat with muscle (which actually weighs more) without a necessary change in configuration, except possibly in feel and sleekness. Check with a trainer or physical therapist for recommendations. Good luck and congratulations on your persistence. Keep it up.
