Lymphadenopathy: These lymph nodes are likely to be reacting and fighting an inflammatory process in that anatomical zone. Antibiotics may resolve a regional infection but may not influence the reactive lymphatic hyperplasia. If your doctor thinks these may be significant they can always be biopsied, but not if they cannot be seen by ct.
