Left side of my face feels swollen/heavy sometimes goes down into my neck. i have had a physical and blood work along with a ct of my face and neck.

Your doc is on it.: Without your age or medical conditions no one would be able to answer this intelligently. Obviously they are taking this seriously and doing the right things to get to the bottom of it. Good luck from all of us!
