No: Normal ferritin is 12-300 depending on lab. The high WBC is not a concern...If you had just run it may be a reflection of stress or you may have a mild illness that was picked up on the test....

Keep an eye out: Hemochromatosis is quite common and if you've got it, it's good to know early. Your physician knows how to work it up. Distance runners can have hemolysis from foot impacts and this could perhaps drive serum ferritin a bit up. The white cell count can be anything from just having completed a super-workout to leukemia -- the latter will be reported as abnormal cells. Feel okay? Relax.
