Labs: These mean nothing in isolation, but my best guess is your physician will seek a cause for iron deficiency (which drives platelets up whether or not you're anemic yet) and wil monitor the neuts.

2yrs of CBCs show low fluctuating (< reference ranges) on WBC, Platelets, and Ferritin (iron serum norm) and high (13) monocytes. Should I be concerne?
