Yes: Standing up suddenly, particularly if you are on medicine for high blood pressure, can result in lightheadedness that lasts several seconds up to 30 seconds and then resolves. Even if you blood pressure is at 119/66 when this happens, if it was 20 points higher before you stood up, lightheadedness can occur.
