Possibly: Twitching, termed fasciculations in medical lingo, is a very common finding in those who suffer from anxiety, but they may occur for other or no reason as well. Benign fasciculations syndrome is a well known diagnosis and is not considered a danger in any way. Many people experience such twitching prior to falling asleep. If your anxiety worries you about it, see an md/neurologist.
