Why is it not possible to expel your own nasal polyp? i have a pic of what i blew out, it looks like one. ent has no clue what it is. scope= clean.

Usually not: It is usually not possible for the polyp to come out since it is attached to the tissue. However I have heard of this in another patient. What is more likely is that you had expelled a thick pellet of mucus. However if the thing looked translucent, then you might have blown out a polyp- rare as it may seem.
