Remove them: Nasal polyps are usually benign and can cause difficult nose bleeds. An ENT can remove them and make things better...

Treat: If she is symptomatic then medicines or surgery can be used. In a child cystic fibrosis always has to be ruled out as a cause for nasal polyps.
