A little eczema around the nipple area seems likely. Pregnancy and/or hormonal changes can cause this. If there's itching,apply a thin layer of cortisone ointment. I assume you feel no lumps under the nipple. If you still have concerns have your gynecologist perform a breast examination and advise you.
