Shoulder problem: Shifting discomfort shoulder, forearm ; hand suggest shoulder disorder, with impingement of ulnar tract of brachial neurovascular structures. Absence of neck pain is significant. Constellation of symptoms suggests thoracic outlet syndrome (tos). Chronic low back pain ; femaleness might be clues to joint hypermobility syndrome ; fibromyalgia. See brighton criteria. A neurologist can diagnose.
