A member asked:

I have been having, groin and shoulder pain. it alternates and it hurts so bad that i can't use my arm or hardly walk. i am a 55 year old female. when the pain is in my shoulder, it radiates to my hand and fingers. i haven't been hurt . thank you?

I doubt that the 2 symptoms are interrelated. If your shoulder pain is not precipitated or aggravated by motions of the shoulder, then a neurogenic cause, such as an inflamed nerve or a bulging disc in your neck would be more likely than a tendinitis of the shoulder joint. Groin pain is often caused by arthritis of the hip. I recommend seeing your MD,orthopedic specialist or rheumatologist for eval
