Subclinical hypo: I am not sure what "subclinical hypothyroidism" means. Are your thyroid tests normal? Is your TSH normal? If so, then you may not be hypo at all, and perhaps your symptoms are from something else. If you really are hypo, the TSH should be elevated, and you will benefit from treatment with levothyroxine.

Yes: Current consensus opinion is yhat subclinical hypothyroidism should be treated to normalise TSH even if tpo antibody is negative.

Hypothyroid: If you have symptoms then it is no longer subclinical. A high TSH and symptoms are indications of hypothyroidism and replacement hormone is recommended.
