Treatment: Slightly elevated TSH with normal free T4 and T3. Can be autoimmune or iatrogenic. Drugs such as Lithium, amiodarone, inerferon. If asymptomatic often no treatment. Some people would look at lipids and if elevated treat. Talk to your provider.
