No: As you are not transmitting genetic disease as in sperm donor , if you are healthy and your own health is not at risk , kidney donation is permissible

Yes: ORGAN AND BLOOD DONATION People with NF1 can donate their blood and organs to other people who are in need of blood or an organ transplant.
