I fell a few years ago down the stairs and had a hematoma on my lower back and butt and i noticed that i have a knot could that be the cause of it? the knot doesnt hurt just worried. because i have neurofibromatosis and i know knots can come up too?

When a large bruise/hematoma forms there can be a knot of calcium deposited at the site. This can take upwards of a year to fade. I doubt it has anything to do with the NF.
