I am living with nf (neurofibromatosis) and need to know which doctor i can go see for a proper medical exam to apply and motivate for pmb and if in fact i can apply for pmb (prescribe minimum benefit)?

Contact the program: NF is quite a variable set of disorders .Some have little or no obvious problems and some are seriously affected. Since you are interested in a specific program you need to contact them for guidance. This public HT site features docs based primarily in the US. We have no access to or information about local health or benefit programs.
