??: Alerfin is a steroid brand name not sold in usa but generic is Betamethasone it seems highly unlikely that vit d at 5000 iu/day would cause this problem / perhaps it could be an allergy to some component of the vitamin pill or capsule occasionally soy oil as a carrier could cause this.
