Venous Ultrasound: A venous ultrasound is the gold standard to diagnose venous disease and to aid in the planning of treatment. A venous ultrasound is non invasive and can diagnose both superficial and deep venous issues. Currently it would be impossible to treat venous disease without a thorough ultrasound .
