A member asked:

I have experienced intermittent claudication in both calves which comes and goes, after very short periods of walking. a doppler ultrasound of both legs (arterial and venous systems) revealed no abnormal findings. what could it be?

Not claudication: Claudication is what we call the pain people get from inadequate arterial circulation. So the discomfort is something else. If it persists, you need a more correct diagnosis. At your age, it’s hard to imagine a vascular problem perhaps it’s muscle cramps. But is only a guess.
