Anemia: She has significant anemia presumably due to that blood loss and the anemia causes weakness and fatigue. Iron therapy would be indicated to help build up her red cell counts. Her md should advise her and followup about this, how ever.

Just out of curiosity, why would my mom have severe shoulder spasms in one shoulder then the other and sometimes both. She is on Eloquis for 4 tiny blood clots off to the left of her lungs due to a recent surgery. Can blood clots cause the spasms?

Recent blood results came back that were confusing to me. My WBC is 2.5, rbc 2.9, hgb 11.3, platelets 111. But then it also has ovalocytes 1+, macrocytes 2+, dacryocyte 1+, myelocytes 1%, and occasional smudge cells. What does this mean?
