See answer: Testicular microlithiasis occurs in ~2-5% of healthy young men and is usually an incidental finding on testis ultrasound and almost always asymptomatic. Interest in testicular microlithiasis has increased over past few years, owing to an observed but uncommon association with testicular germ cell tumor. Regular testis self-exam for any mass and/or periodic ultrasound is all that is recommended.

Head to toe: A good head to toe exam that includes a digital rectal exam; although this should be postponed until after the blood is drawn for the psa. Drawing the blood after the dre may result in a falsely elevated psa and cause and unnecessary scare for prostate cancer.

Uncertain: The amount of time between when an average man first inserts his penis into his partner's vagina and when he ejaculates, is uncertain. It may be difficult to find a man willing to be known as an "average" man when it comes to sexual issues. Durations are probably between 20 seconds and 20 minutes depending on the type of activities, his & her time constraints, and the thoughts flowing in his head.
