If ASYMPTOMATIC: Condition is diagnosed by ultrasound found in 1.5to5%of normal males, and may be found in20%of males with fertility problems.It does not cause any symptoms and is non progressive condition.Cause is unknown . But in small group of people it is associated with testicular cancer having said that it is not associated with risk of testiculat cancer in asymptomatic patients wth no risk factors seeurolog.
