A member asked:

What happens when a mans epidymis is removed on both sides? can he still orgasm normally and ejaculate normally? will it cause testicular atrophy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Epididymectomy: bilateral epididymectomy is exceedingly rare. assuming this is the procedure that you had, there should be no effect on your ability to have an erection, climax or ejaculation. you will however, be sterile
