A member asked:

Is testicular microlithasis harmful?does it affects man's life.

Ussually it does not: It is an unusual condition. Maybe as a consequence of previous infections or mumps. If there is nothing else in the ultrasound does not mean anything. Not associated with increase risk of cancer unless there are other risk factors.
