Yes: If blockage of both eustachian tubes occurred at the back of the nose led to infection of one ear, the other ear could also become infected. Have it checked by your physician for proper followup.

Possible: It is certainly possible that your other ear is also infected. Get eval and have the ear looked at. Best wishes.
