Go to ER: This needs immediate evaluation. The catheter placement may have been incorrect. Call your doctor now or go to the er. Was the drug rituxan (rituximab)?

Not good: Sounds like maybe hit an artery / white hand with blue fingers sounds like impaired circulation to me go get this checked out immediately from the sound of it there is some risk of loss of limb here i hope I am wrong about this but get it checked out.
