Cause for bluish grey hands in evening , swollen, achey and feel bruised but are not bruised. goes up the arm and part of back. help please?

Could be...: Sounds like raynaud's syndrome. Read about it here http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/raynaud%27s_phenomenon you should go see a doctor to make sure something else isn't going on.

Hand pain: Difficult to say. If you live in a cold place then reynauds is a possibility. The cold induces spasm of your hand arteries which causes bluish fingers. Otherwise autoimmune diseases come to mind. More info needed.
