Maybe: The wording, "no acute abnormalities" is vague. It is likely they meant normal but it leaves room for non-acute abnormalities. With our reading the whole report or better, seeing the study i can't take it further.

Possible g.b problem: Have your doctor order decida scan with ejection fraction, if it was low, you need g.B.Surgery.

Chronic elevated alkaline phosphatase. GGT normal, other blood test negative. Liver ultrasound clear. My doctors said it is a mystery of elevated AP.
