See below: It suggests an obstructive process of the bile ducts. You definitely need further evaluation with mri/mrcp or ercp.

Assuming that: Your other tests are normal, it probably means you passed a gallstone. Sometimes, gallstones do not visualize stones, especially after they have passed into the common duct. If you continue to have pain, there are other tests to see if your gallbladder is diseased.
