My son, 36, had an abdominal ultrasound due to minor ruq discomfort for 18 months now. the report said everything was normal, but i just wondered what " pamcreas - portions visualized were unremarkable " means? is this good? please advise. thank you?

Radiologists get fussed at if the put out a report saying "normal". The put words like this in a report that describe the normal things they see. The wording indicates the part of the gland they could see in the study are normal.
