Too much restriction: These are signs of a low blood pressure or blood sugar. You may have restricted your calorie intake too much. It's better to have supervised weight loss (by a physician) that incorporates physical activity in conjunction with diet changes. Use Healthtap Prime or talk to your regular doctor to get more specific advice. Drink plenty of water (often best way to lose fat & restore BP) Good health 2u!

Caloric restriction: When you restrict calories the fat in the body is broken down and if there is negative balance in the intake and energy expenditure, you will lose weight. Make sure of adequate hydration and daily vitamin requirements
