Help-: Honey may or may not help. What will help more is to avoid all foods and liquids that produce these problems. You may also want to consult with a local physician to rule out all other medical issues.

Mouth ulcers: For some people spicy foods a a trigger, so simply avoid them. I have never read a paper that said honey was a palliative for mouth ulcers. Yo9u may want to check in with your Dentist about your mouth ulcer problem for palliative care. In the meantime, avoid triggers.
