Any age: These are helpful for bodybuilding; you may decide you prefer lean chicken or fish instead. More than 1 gram of protein per day per pound that you actually weigh won't do you additional good even when you're putting muscle on. Stay away from steroids and I hope your healthy lifestyle will be something you stick with for a lifetime.
