Treatment plan: Asthma may get worse in the fall b/c of fall allergens, increased exposure to indoor allergens and viral syndromes. One's physician should be able to prescribe a preventive treatment program to help. If this is not being done then seeing an asthma specialist - an allergist for example, may be helpful.
