Asthma problem: You need a complete workup and probably allergy testing to find the cause and how to prevent allergy. See your doctor. Asthma can be chronic and severe and needs medical attention to help you.

Full workup: Oftentimes asthma that is worsened by sports/exercise is just the tip of the iceberg. It is extremely important to have a complete history and physical with an asthma specialist. Also must have a pulmonary function test to more properly assess the sevrity of the asthma.
