Dr. Marc Neff answered

Exercise health: We are remarkable machines of evolution. We are built, by design, to exercise daily. To be able to hunt and forage for food. To be able to run away from saber tooth tigers. By design, we need to put appropriate fuel into our machines, but we also need to run the machines properly. Rev the engines from time to time so that all the parts work properly. Just diet alone, won't keep you healthy.

Unlikely: Good health is a combination of lifestyle which includes diet, exercise and mental health. A diet that is low in sugar, full of veggies, fruits, fish along with daily exercise for your muscles and body are ideal. We need to exercise our minds and our bodies to be truly healthy. www.artofplasticsurgery.com
