More info: I would have to know what exact allergy you are concerned about to give you specific options. There are lots of foods that are high in protein including Greek yogurt, eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, turkey, meat, seafood, lentils, beans, peanut butter/nuts, and tofu. Depending on your allergy I'm sure you could find a food on this list that you can tolerate.
